I see the OEM sells three sizes: small, medium, and large. Do you have all three sizes available? How do I order different sizes?1 answer
So far we only sell the regular size. The manufacturer has advised us that the only one with any volume is the ‘regular’ size. So far, yours has been the first request for another size.
Your picture shows the brown Large size. Is regular the Medium size?1 answer
You are quite correct about the color of the earplug. We stock and sell the medium size, part number 6498. Kind of a grey/green color. I will look in to getting the photo updated.
The manufacturer has advised us that the Small and Large sizes are an infrequently ordered product, so to reduce confusion among users about which size to order, we just went with the medium size.
Does this come with the the military issued case?1 answer
The Moldex 6498 BattlePlug does come with a plastic case. I checked with our Moldex representative about whether this is the same one that they provide the military, and was told that it is.
Is this price for each plug or is this for a set of 2 ?1 answer
Pricing is for a set of 2 (one for each ear)
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE SIZE OF THE OPENING IN YOUR EAR?1 answer
For proper fitting you would either have your doctor or an audiologist fit test you for the proper sizing.
