The Howard Leight LPF1 MaxLite low pressure foam earplugs offer long-term user comfort not found in other pre-shaped foam earplugs. What we mean by 'low pressure', is that when the foam expands within your ear canal, it does so with lower than average pressure. Having anything in your ear is potentially uncomfortable, and even these earplugs are no exception. We just feel that the Max Lite plugs are the best at delivering this feature.

To use these disposable ear plugs, simply roll them between your fingers into a slim shape. Then, while gently pulling up on your ear, insert the plug with the other hand. Give it a few seconds, and the sound should just go away. The non-irritating, non-allergenic self-adjusting polyurethane foam recovers to fit virtually any ear canal. Please use clean hands when doing this.

Max Lite is also ideal for that portion of the population with smaller ear canals. NRR-30 attenuation rating tested in accordance with ANSI S3.19-1974. Green color, packed in poly bags.

Packed and sold in a box of 200 pair.

I understand that this product comes in a box with 200 pairs of ear plugs. Does each pair come pre-packaged in it's own plastic bag? (Like the picture shown)?

The Howard Leight LPF1 disposable ear plugs are made of polyurethane foam, and are latex free. Also, I have found these to be the most comfortable of the foam plugs we carry.

Do these ear plugs protect against 30 decibels? I really didn't understand what the description said. I'm having a lot of problems with live music, kids screaming, clapping, whistling and construction work.

These earplugs have an NRR of 30 which will really quieten all the noises you mentioned. I can tell you from personal experience you can barely hear screaming kids with these in.
