DBI-SALA ExoFit XP Construction Positioning Harness
The ExoFit design is made in a way that you can just slip on buckle and go! The buckles are quick-connect buckles so buckling takes a few seconds. The back of the harness is one piece of material shaped in an X for comfort and a no-tangle feature. Most harness will become tangled when stowing because of all the straps going everywhere. The ExoFit can dropped or stuffed and all you have to do is pick it up by the d-ring and no-tangle!
Construction style ExoFit XP harness from DBI-SALA includes: Stand-up Back D-ring for connection to fall protection system, removable padding, sewn-in back pad w/ side D-rings for work positioning and quick-connect buckles.

What size would I require? I am 5 ft.10 in. tall and weigh about 240 pounds. I work in a power house that has many different sala harnesses. What is the normal life of the harnesses?1 answer
You're on the cusp of the Medium and Large sizes. I'd recommend the Large because you may be layered up in the winter.<br>
Harnesses have a 5-year lifespan, and are supposed to be changed out after that time period.
