  • About the Job:

    In this role, you will work with customer service, sales, purchasing, and fulfillment to ensure our customers’ needs are met and products are delivered on time. Your goal will be to make our customers happy, advance the sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and meet company goals.

    • Extremely detail oriented
    • A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit is the most important thing we are looking for in a candidate
    • Extremely detail oriented, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping others
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral; ability to quickly build trust and rapport in business relationships
    • A willingness to work with changes to priorities and responsibilities with enthusiasm
    • Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills; inquisitive and a problem solver
    • Aptitude and interest in learning about products that require training to attain expertise
    • Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate our products and business value
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    Nice to Have, But Not Required:
    • Technical product background (Climbing Expert, Construction, Scuba, etc.)
    • Bilingual (Arabic, Spanish)
    • Door-to-door sales experience
