Warranty and Non-Warranty Repair for BW Honeywell Gas Monitors
As a full-service, factory-authorized BW Honeywell Gas Monitor Service Center, PK Safety can take care of any warranty service your BW gas detector requires. Repairs under warranty are free to the customer and the PK Safety BW Service Center meets all relevant 9001:2008 ISO quality standards. Multiple Level 2 technicians are on staff to quickly take care of even large numbers of monitors quickly. In most cases monitors can be repaired and re-shipped within 24 hours.
The process is simple. If you have a monitor that needs repair, give PK Safety a call at 1-800-829-9580. A PK Customer Service Representative will be able to quickly verify if your monitor is covered under warranty and issue a repair authorization. Gas monitors that are no longer covered by warranty can still be sent in and repaired at a charge.
Monitors under warranty can be sent to us for no-cost repair and no-cost return. Detectors not covered under warranty will be inspected by our technicians and a detailed list of repairs and costs will be provided to the customer before any work is started. UPS shipping is free for the monitors, but expedited shipping will cost extra.
There are a couple of instances where warranty repairs are not allowed. These are typically in instances where the monitor has experienced severe water damage or has been physically crushed. One quick note for folks looking to send in their monitors, if at all possible, send the monitor with a fully-charged battery to expedite repair.
Whether you have a 5-gas GasAlert Micro 5 PID monitor or a more conventional confined space 4-gas monitor like the MicroClip XT our factory-trained technicians can diagnose the problem, repair it, and get it back to you, and back in the field protecting workers, as fast or faster than any service center in the nation.
Often we'll be able to help you diagnose the problem and give you options over the phone about the best course of action to repair your BW Honeywell Gas Monitor. And if you need additional monitors or replacement parts, we have parts and expertise to cover every contingency.
BW Honeywell gas monitors are more reliable than ever with the help of the trained technicians and upgraded facilities at PK Safety Supply.
