Description
The Eyewash and Shower Test Record Tag from Accuform is screen printed on 15-mil thick, flexible white plastic stock. Tag size is 6 in. x 3.5 in. with a 3/8 in. hole punched at the top, reinforced by a metal grommet. This allows easy attachment to an eyewash station or emergency shower. Beaded nylon zip-ties (not included) are one way to go. Write-on surface for Sharpie type marker or grease pencil. Sold in a pack of 25 tags. Both emergency eye washes and showers should be tested regularly, and the Eyewash and Shower Test Record Tag helps you keep track of this routine. We also offer an emergency shower test kit, since in many applications the shower can cause a bit of a mess.
