Moldex 6604 SparkPlug Foam Earplugs - 200 Pair/Box - Video
Moldex 6604 SparkPlug Earplugs Video Transcript
The Moldex Spark Plug model 6604, these earplugs are foam earplugs. They come 200 pairs in a box. That is, 200 little plastic envelopes like this. The box itself serves as a dispenser pack that opens on the front. The attenuation information is on the side, how to fit them is on the back and a little bit more information is on the other side.
These plugs are rated at an NRR of 33, and that is a Noise Reduction Rating. 33 is quite high, and it has been independently verified. What this means is that it tells you a relatively standard test versus how other plugs on the market rate. Spark plugs are a little unusual in that they're very brightly colored. Also, officially licensed by Nascar.
So, the plugs themselves come in this little envelope. We're just going to rip those open like so. Inside, randomly distributed, are the various colors. So, this plug is kind of cone-shaped and fairly long. In a moment, we'll show you how they go into the ear. But they are quite soft. It's a urethane material that is very lightweight. And then I'll just try them out!
Ok, so we just take the earplugs in our fingers here and roll them up. And it's good to know right now that your hands should be clean. If you have dirt, grease or something else on them, it's going to be transferred to the plug and put into your ear, which is not a good thing.
So, roll these up real tight, just kind of like that and we turn out head, lift our ear and push them in. Don't have to go real high, just wiggle 'em a little bit. And then just wait a few moments -- 10, 15, 20 seconds -- depends on how tightly you roll them in your ear canal. The sound should just start to go away. As it does, it's good. You can let go. Now the plug is properly inserted in your ear, and you'll be getting excellent protection!

Great earplugs! Review by Beverly L.Gallagher
I used another ear plug for years and they would rub a small sore in my ear after a few days. When I started using Moldex SparkPlug earplugs, they are softer, easier to use and no more sore ear! What a great product. Will recommend them to others.

Moldex 6604 earplugs Review by Tracy O'Neil
Best ear plugs to block out the noise. I can hear the phone and the alarm. They make me sleep like a baby!
