Place an order for $99 or more and we'll ship it to anywhere in the US for free (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Some exceptions apply. We make every effort to ship your items the same day your order is received Monday through Friday before 4pm EST. Weekend orders will ship on Monday or according to the availability listed on each product page.

Our warehouses are located in Fresno, CA, St. Louis, MO, and Carlisle, PA. Products we do not currently stock in our warehouse will have a clearly stated lead time. To increase the speed of delivery we may ship directly from the manufacturer to you. International Shipping

To ship your order outside of the United States, please call or email us.

Please include the items you are interested in ordering. We ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited or collect through FedEx, UPS or DHL.*
*Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties and taxes.

Please note we are unable to ship certain items to some countries due to manufacturer and export restrictions.

Government and Public Institution Purchases

We extend 30-day terms automatically and do not require a minimum order amount for federal, state, county, city, military, college or hospital purchases. We happily accept GSA credit cards and do not require you to fill out a credit form. Simply enter your purchase order number online, fax us your purchase order, or give us a call and we will get your order rolling.

APO/FPO Addresses

We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses using US Priority Mail.


The return of items in original as-shipped condition will, in general (see below), be accepted for credit. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. This will ensure we are both aware a return is coming, and that credit needs to be issued.

Re-Stocking Charges

We only charge a re-stocking fee when we are charged one ourselves. Depending on the product, and the manufacturer's policies, there may be a re-stocking charge applied. These are in the range of 15-30%.

Please package returns appropriately, keeping record of tracking numbers. Insure the package if warranted, as we can only issue credit for returns we actually receive.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not refundable, or have certain restrictions on return.

  • Gas - We are unable to accept gas returns due to manufacturers' policies and associated HazMat fees.
  • BW Clip and BW Honeywell GasAlert Clip Extreme Monitors - Once activated, these units cannot be shut down and will continue to run for their two year life span. Thus, we are unable to resell them and they cannot be mailed back because the alarm may go off in transit. If they have never been turned on, we happily take them back.

  • Refunds

    Credit will be issued only to the credit card originally used to purchase the item. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipping the product back to us. Products cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase.
