One Price Repair Service

RAE Systems offers a "One Price Repair" program that has been very popular with our customers. Because of the robust construction used in making their products, we have RAE instruments staying in the field for years. When it comes time to have the instrument serviced, consider these benefits:

All components up to date, including sensors and lamps*

Includes calibration and all internal components repair and testing. If you choose the Sensor Option, it includes all brand new sensors and lamps*. This assures you that the unit will be up to date. We do exclude units that have been damaged by chemicals or water submersion, damaged cases and discontinued models. In the event that a covered unit is too far gone, RAE will replace it with a "service spare" unit. All units will have a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, while sensors and lamps are covered by the RAE standard warranty (i.e. 2 years on standard sensors).

After selecting your model and service level, please give us the serial number of the unit(s) in the comment section when checking out. We will forward by email a "return authorization" with all the address info. You pay the freight in, and we'll pay it going back via UPS Ground. Turnaround after receipt of the instrument is usually 1 - 2 weeks.

* Excludes 11.7eV lamps.
