This product was recommended by a motorcycle magazine as being a product that reduces noise by 30 db or so. Rather than help the noise problem of wind buffeting helmet noise at high speeds it makes it worse by acting as a resonator from the helmet, through the foam into the center of the ear. Easy to use, works great, fairly priced[...]I use them at the cancer center. When I have to go in for chemo, it can be very noisy. My treatments take about 4 hours, which constitutes me sitting there in a room with other patients and their families. These earplugs do a good job of blocking out the noise.
