Lanyards for Fall Protection
Lanyards are the connector between a safe anchorage point and the harness or belt you are wearing. We offer a variety of styles to suit most job applications. This will usually be one of the the shock absorbing styles. This innovation, which arrived not all that many years ago, has been instrumental in reducing the injuries sustained in a fall. It was not at all uncommon to hear that the sudden stop at the end of a fall would injure a worker. Now that harnesses have replaced waist belts, and shock absorbing lanyards are required for fall protection, we are able to focus on other issues. For example, Suspension Trauma or rescue after a fall.
