Accuform Emergency Shower & Eyewash Test Record Tag

The Eyewash and Shower Test Record Tag from Accuform is screen printed on 15-mil thick, flexible white plastic stock. Tag size is 6" x 3.5" with a 3/8" hole punched at the top, reinforced by a metal grommet. This allows easy attachment to an eyewash station or emergency shower. Beaded nylon zip-ties (not included) are one way to go. Write-on surface for Sharpie type marker or grease pencil. Sold in a pack of 25 tags.
