Cementex Electrical Insulated Tools

We are pleased to offer these insulated electrical safety tool kits from Cementex, which serve electrical professionals in Utility, Industrial or Telecommunications markets. Cementex Insulated Electrician Tools are made in the USA, allowing strict quality control to be maintained from start to finish. All tool handles incorporate an orange outer insulating layer and a yellow inner insulating layer to track wear. When the orange outer layer wears to show the inner yellow layer at any point, it’s time to replace the tool with a new one. All tools are Voltage Rated to 1000 Volts AC.

Cementex double-insulated tools comply with the IEC 900 standard, the ASTM F1505-01 standard to help you meet the requirements of OSHA Safety Related Work Practices, NFPA 70E Standard and CSA-Z462. Most importantly, Cementex double-insulated tools are individually tested to 10,000 VAC and rated for 1,000 VAC/1,500DC when working on live parts. Made in the U.S.A. and marked with the international safety symbol for 1000V.

WARRANTY
Cementex guarantees the mechanical parts of the tools for life, provided they are used for the purpose for which they are intended. Cementex insulation is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original shipment by Cementex. Cementex insulation is guaranteed to pass a 1000 VAC proof test in accordance with applicable U.S. and International Standards and rated for application to 1000 VAC / 1500 VDC.

If any product fails to conform to warranty, please call 800-829-9580 or email us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number which is required for all returns. If inspection reveals that the product does not conform to this warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced, at the option of Cementex Products, Inc. without charge.
