The traditional construction of this single band nuisance dust mask provides limited protection against non-toxic airborne dusts. We source these from a few different manufacturers as they are available.

Since this is not a NIOSH approved mask, we suggest that you weigh the level of protection carefully. Suitable for home use for things such as gardening, farm work, mowing, and sweeping. Compact design allows an easy fit with glasses or goggles. Adjustable metal nose bridge, single elastic strap, and contour fit design help to ensure best coverage. Lightweight and disposable.

This is a good product

I use this type of mask almost exclusively for mowing the lawn. The overall quality of the mask is good. It does have a metal nose piece to form around the nose, I didn't read that in the product description. Compared to other brands of like masks, this one seems a bit smaller. Fortuunately for me, I am a small person so the masks fits snug and tight around by mouth and nose. For a big person, this might be too small a mask.
