The DBI/Sala First-Man-Up Pole System from Capital Safety answers the question of how to provide a secure overhead anchorage point for the first person to climb a structure that has no pre-existing means of tie-off. The device allows you to put a tie-off adapter over a beam, girder or heavy pipe.
