The Infrared (IR) Data Link for Gas Alert Clip Extreme series and the Gas Alert Extreme series of handheld gas monitors is a low cost alternative to the MicroDock II system from BW Honeywell; allowing the retrieval of recorded information on gas levels, alerts and other useful insights from these portable gas sniffers.

This small device is a USB receiver for the infrared output on the Gas Alert Clip Extreme series of gas detectors: simply attach to the PC and place the gas sniffer within range and you can initiate a data transfer.

The sniffer will transmit all the data currently logged on your device: the last ten alarms, alert gas-levels (including gas type), remaining battery life, any self tests performed as well as the unit’s serial number. Giving you easy, hassle-free, data recording capabilities. Allowing for accountability and analysis of gas levels on your work site.
