The BW Honeywell Gas Alert Micro Clip XT is the smallest and lightest portable multi-gas monitor offered by BW Honeywell. Featuring a slimmer design than the GasAlertQuattro or the GasAlertMax MX II, this model is light on the pocketbook but heavy on features.

Featuring four diffusion micro-sensors, the MicroClip XT continuously monitors four potentially dangerous gasses: Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Oxygen levels and samples the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) of a variety of flammable/explosive/combustible fumes.

If you are working in confined spaces: on a refinery, in sewers, oil rigs, as a firefighter, or an engineer, this sort of durable safety detection equipment (which has built in concussion resistance) is crucial for being up to safety standards and protecting your work force.

Any potentially dangerous gas levels alert you in a variety of ways: the MicroClip XT handheld detector features a 95dB sonic alarm, an array of warning lights and a vibration alert mode. Customizable alerts (via the IR connectivity kit) include: Short Term Exposure Limits (STEL; 5-15minutes), Long Term Exposure Limits (LTEL; ~8hrs) as well as High/Low values for each gas.

As part of the BW GasAlert range of portable gas detectors, the Micro Clip features simple one button functionality (easily operated while wearing gloves) rechargeable batteries (though this cannot be changed like the GasAlertMax and GasAlert Quattro), as well as many options for customizing the alert levels and downloading data logging via the MicroDock II and Fleet Manager II software.

Each unit comes individually packaged in a cardboard box that includes the 120V AC battery charger, quick reference guide, cd-rom owners manual, calibration/bump test adapter, 18 inches of clear pvc tubing and factory calibration certificate.
