The Ansell Hyflex CR 11-500 glove is a cut-resistant glove with a stretch liner made from a blend of DuPont Kevlar and Spandex. This liner is then coated with a foam nitrile on the palm and fingertips.
Kevlar is known for good cut resistance, and makes this a great glove for working with sharp materials and tools. The Nitrile on the palms and fingertips uses a unique foam application process that provides a sure grip on slippery surfaces, even those with a slight oil coating. The cuff has also had it's length extended to provide better cut-resistant protection on the wrist.
The Hyflex 11-500CR gloves are great for use in the following applications: automotive assembly, handling sharp and pointy small parts, handling wire harnesses, sheet metal assembly, durable goods assembly, and maintenance. Many professionals and consumers also use this as a butcher's or mandoline (mandolin) glove when slicing food.
This glove offers ANSI Level 2 cut protection which works for most applications. If you are looking for more protection (and consequently a heavier, stiffer glove), take a look at the 11-501.

My wife works at [@]. She works stocking shelves. FIRST day she wore those one of her fellow workers ran a box cutter across the back of her hand. She had no cuts. Without those it would have been major hand surgery.
Pros:
Durable, Dry, Good Grip, Warm
I would recommend this item to a friend.
Awesome gloves, too pricey for quality

I love the gloves, I have tried dozens of different gloves, glove types from many companies, these are by far my favorite but they wear out extremely to quick and for the price per pair, not reasonable for practical daily use
