Allegro 9875 5-Worker Filtration Panel

Up to 5 workers can use this air filtration panel to provide clean, breathable Grade D air for their airline respirators or hoods. The Allegro 9875 air filtration panel filters impurities and hydrocarbons from air produced by an internally lubricated compressor to convert it to breathable air. To meet OSHA requirements, a Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor is provided for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide levels. The capacity of this breather box is up to 60 CFM of air, adjustable at the regulator within a range of 5-125 PSI.

With the typical job site in mind, Allegro put the guts in a portable, rugged Pelican case. Carrying handle with latches complete the protection package. Since the unit might tip over during operation, a 16 gauge powder coated steel stand is added for support. Inside, all brass plumbing combines with with quick-disconnect Hansen couplers to insure durability in use.

Filtration System:

First Stage: Zinc manifold, ABS Cover, Nylon bowl guard, Polycarbonate bowl, with a 5 micron Sintered Polyethylene coalescing filter element and automatic mechanical drain.

Second Stage: Zinc manifold, ABS Cover, Nylon bowl guard, Pressure indicator, Polycarbonate bowl with a 0.010 micron Borosilicate Cloth coalescing filter element and manual drain.

Third Stage: Zinc manifold, ABS Cover, Nylon bowl guard, Pressure indicator, Polycarbonate bowl with a 0.003 micron activated carbon filter element and manual drain.

Regulator: High Pressure, Zinc body, Acetal Adjusting knob, ABS Cover, Brass/Nitrile valve, a 0-160 pressure gauge and an external relief valve.

Flow Meter: Clear acrylic, Teflon float, with adjustable metering valve. Graduations from 0.0-1.0 LPM
