RAE Systems Alkaline Battery Adapter

Replaces the standard NiMH rechargeable battery with a holder for 4 AA size alkaline batteries. Involves removing 2 small phillips head screws from the back of the unit, and pulling off the back cover. Spring loaded contacts connect the battery to the instrument. This procedure should not be undertaken in an atmosphere that may contain explosive vapors, as some very minor arcing may occur. Fits all PGM-7000 series instruments.
