3M L-905 Hardhat Welding

The 3M L-905 hardhat with welding shield is a product configured for welding applications. It utilizes a wide view faceshield assembly underneath a liftable welding shield, which accepts either a standard 4.5"x5.25" welding shade lens or an optional L-156 electronic welding lens(see parts). Shaded lens not included.

The 3M L-905 helmet is designed to offer the highest level of respiratory protection of all of the L-Series products. By using a flame retardant neck shroud in lieu of faceseals, the APF for the L-905 products increases from 25 x to 1000 x PEL. Additionally, since it uses the hardhat shell, the L-905 helmet can also be used where head protection is required. Safety glasses should be worn at all times when using this product.

This Product Consists of: L-950 helmet shell, L-113 head suspension, L-153 welding shield, L-130 wide view faceshield assembly with a L-131 wide view lens, L-146 welding knob and pivot kit and a L-125 nomex shroud.

Requires a L-122 breathing tube for connection to the GVP series PAPR. As an accessory, please consider the L-133-25 peel-off lens cover to reduce lens scratching.
